April Showers Dreamweaver Challenge Week 1

Hi Everyone ...sorry this post is late, but I've been away for 4 days and just realized today is Thursday. For today's challenge I used the Blossom and leaves stencil (LG 625) and regular paste. I taped the stencil down on all four sides and used the paste spreader to paste the image. I let this dry and the added color using the 1/4 in gold handled stencil brush and the Splendor Circus Pad. I then found some paper I liked and started to layer. I wrapped some green twine around the image layer and I also added some Art Institute Vintage Glass glitter to some of the petals to give it a little bling. This was a pretty fast and easy card. Have a great week and be creative. Check out the challenge and send us your creations via Mr. Linky on the Dream It Up blog or your can also e-mail a picture to Lynell and she will get it up on the blog. See you next week.

  1. Great job, Georgia. I was looking at how pretty the colors were (I have a thing for purple and green) when I notices that GORGEOUS pop of vintage glitter. So pretty. (I need more of that Art Glitter Vintage glass.....) It made the card sort of magical.
