Baby it's Cold Outside

Sorry this post is late but I made the mistake of sitting down when I got home from work last night and I fell asleep in the recliner. I woke up to Miss USA being crowned Miss Universe and my card not even started. yesterday my girlfriend came over and wanted to get some cards her little girl wanted me to make a special card for her mom. So we went into my craft room and selected the paper and then the stencil and then she saw my stash of glitter, she loves glitter so here is the card I came up with.

 She decided that the ice skater was the stencil she wanted to use and the turquoise paper and then she found 2 decorative papers that are from the Winter Wishes collection from echo park papers. I pasted the skater in regular embossing paste and then while she was wet sprinkled her all over with wisteria glitter by Glitter Ritz, added a few rhinestone embellishments and here is the finished product.
